  • Side A - Features the Sacred Traditions sigil.
    • The Ouroboros: Represents the cycles of samsara (life and death).
    • The Sword: Piercing the snake’s throat, this represents the breaking of the cycle (moksha) through directed Will. The throat signifies the power of the Voice to vibrate sacred names.
    • The Chalice & Blood: The cup is the body—the vessel we must rectify and perfect. It collects the blood, representing astral light.
    • The Star & The Eye: The Star is the Sophia (perennial wisdom) we seek, and the Eye of Horus is the inner intuition necessary to find that light and overcome the darkness.
    • The Motto: Qui agnoscit martem, cognoscit artem (“Who knows Mars, knows the Art”).

  • Due to the ritual and energetic nature of our curated goods, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on crystals, candles, oils, incense, or handcrafted ritual tools.

When you purchase a crystal, a consecrated talisman, or a ritual oil from us, you are guaranteed that it has not been handled, used, or "returned" by another customer. To ensure purity for all our practitioners, we cannot restock items once they have left our store.

    Damages & Issues: Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If an item arrives damaged (e.g., broken glass, crushed incense), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

    Handcrafted & Natural Variations: Many of our items (Malas, Talismans, Incense Blends) are handcrafted by local partners with Sacred Traditions, and our crystals are mined from the earth.

    • Crystals: Natural stones have inclusions, cracks, and color variations. These are not defects; they are the fingerprint of the stone.

    • Handmade Goods: Slight imperfections in knotting or wax are evidence of hand-work, not machine manufacturing. These variations do not qualify for a refund.

    Services & Digital Goods

    • Tarot Readings: Refunds are not available for services once the reading has been performed. If you need to reschedule, please give us 24 hours notice.

    • Inner Circle Memberships: The membership fee funds the immediate production of your ritual box. Therefore, memberships are non-refundable.

  • Processing Time (Please Read):

    Unlike big-box retailers, Sacred Traditions is a small, artisan-run studio. We hand-pack every order with care and intention.

    • Standard Processing: Please allow 3–5 business days for us to prepare and package your order before it ships.

    • Ritual Timing: Orders placed during major holidays or new product launches (like the Inner Circle) may require an extra 2 days of processing time.

    Shipping Methods & Carriers: We primarily ship via USPS (Ground Advantage & Priority) and UPS.

    • Tracking: You will receive an automated email with your tracking number as soon as your shipping label is created. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the status.

    • Domestic (USA): Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days to arrive once it leaves our hands.

    Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package has been scanned as "Delivered" by the carrier, Sacred Traditions is no longer responsible for it.

    • Secure Your Delivery: Please ensure your shipping address is secure. If you live in an area prone to theft, we recommend monitoring your tracking link closely.

    • Issues: If your package is lost in transit (not marked delivered), please contact us so we can file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

    International Shipping: Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada only.

    • Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes charged by their country. These are not included in our shipping rates.

    Eco-Friendly Packaging: We strive to honor the Earth. Your order may arrive in a recycled box or use biodegradable packing peanuts. We encourage you to reuse or recycle our packaging materials.
