Once an item has been shipped and enters your temple space, its physical and energetic chain of custody is yours.
Damaged or Defective Items
We ensure every order is packed with the utmost care and respect. However, if a physical product arrives damaged due to transit mishandling, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the item and packaging. We will review the damage and work with you to provide a replacement.
